Career coaching

By taking a talent survey you want to get an answer to your career questions. A reason can for instance be an (internal) reorganization, reaching a glass ceiling, new working methods or function or a reconsideration of your own career.
Questions that can arise can be:

  • Am I ready for the next step in my career
  • How do I make a responsible choice for the rest of my career
  • What are my strong and less strong points and how can I best use these in my present function
  • How do I use my qualities and skills and which ones can or do I want to (further) develop
  • It is also possible to do an assessment prior to career coaching.
