Mini-assessment
A mini-assessment is an assessment which only lasts part of one day. The aim of a mini-assessment is to get a rough overview of the capacities and personality of a group of candidates. A mini-assessment is generally used as a means to make a first selection from a group of (minimum 6) candidates.
A mini-assessment consists of:
- Maximum of 3 capacity tests
- Maximum of 2 personality questionnaires
- A short interview focussing on competence
The results of the mini-assessment will be discussed with the participants on the day of the assessment. The report is given to the client and the candidate on the day of, or the day after, the mini-assessment. The written report is restricted to one A4-sized sheet of paper.
