Selection assessment

A selection assessment is a very effective instrument to determine whether someone is capable of successfully performing a certain function. Research has shown that the predictive value of a job interview plus an assessment is much greater than from job interviews alone. In a selection assessment we carefully adjust the assessment program to the competences relevant for the position.

A selection assessment consists of:

  • Capacity tests with a time limit
  • Personality questionnaires
  • Practical assignments, for instance doing a written assignment, writing a policy document, a planning assignment or an interview (role-playing)
  • An interview focussing on competence

Within five working days after the selection assessment we will send a report to the candidate. The candidate will be the first to view the results and the report. As soon as the candidate gives his permission, the assessment report is sent to the client.
If requested, we will gladly give a more detailed explanation of the report.
