Annelize Muraczewski

Annelize has a university degree in Social and Organisational Psychology and is also a Master in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). For twelve years, she worked in different management positions, mainly in the commercial sector. Since 2001, she worked as a full time trainer, coach and interim manager. The improvement of communicational skills and personal effectiveness plays a central role in her work with her coachees, trainees or employees. Through her interventions, people start to see their own (often obstructive) patterns and she creates an open atmosphere in which people experience new possibilities. Her trainings are considered as practical and challenging. Her motto is: "Do what you believe in, believe in what you do."
