He likes to put his more than 25 years of experience as account-/sales manager and trainer to work to help you make your organisation become more effective and efficient.
During the sales cycle he will do his utmost to get to understand your business issues and the reasons behind them. Then, together with you, he will explore possible  ways for Houthoff Training & Coaching to help you resolve those.
 
For Jacques integrity and mutual trust are important in sales. There has to grow a kind of atmosphere in which delicate matters can be discussed and solutions can be selected that all parties can fully agree to. Therefore he considers it crucial that the whole process, from the very first contact all the way through to the implementation of the solution, is completely transparent, that promises are kept and the communication is clear and direct.
