Laura graduated in classical languages and educational science. Working as a coach, trainer and mediator, she is eclectic and able to employ an impressive array of skills and apply many different methods.  She is particularly inspired by the MI-Coop, which draws upon the entire scope of different forms of intelligence that people can have, such as verbal, mathematical, visual, musical or kinetic intelligence. Laura inspires clients to learn by taking their individual talent(s) as a starting point. She successfully challenges people to think ‘out of the box’. This offers her clients a new perspective and insight into a new ‘world’. Laura’s education in Solution Focused Coaching and Management provides her with the necessary skills to help her clients draw out hidden or forgotten talents.
During her career, Laura, a former secondary schoolteacher in classical languages, was always actively involved in the development of youth and adults, including herself. Her clients can be found in the industrial business, welfare sector, (local) public service, family businesses and every level of the educational sector.
She specialises in setting up conflict management policies for organisations. She also performs research on conflict management.
Laura is a trained dancer, plays drums in a latin percussion band and writes short stories, some of which have been published.

Her motto: Not life itself, but how you perceive it determines whether it’s filled with happiness or hardship.
