Lucia Looijestijn

My name is Lucia Looijestijn. My work experience is mainly in communication skills and attitudinal change processes. My focus lies on trainings which incorporate both the experience and the expertise of the participants.
Together with the participants, I try to constitute a (more) positive self-image, broadening insights, knowledge and skills. My primary motive is in interaction with the participants, creating an inspiring learning experience by using humour and respect.
My aim is to get people to connect with their strength, abilities and qualities, in order for these to be expressed in the professional environment of the participant.
