Many clients set great story by proper etiquette, and will form an opinion about you based on how you behave. After all, a customer has to want to give you an assignment, and he will rather give the assignment to someone with good manners. In essence, you represent your organization. Sloppy etiquette will often give people the idea that such a person will be a sloppy businessman.
This training will make you aware of the effect your manners have on your relation with people in your network. You will not only learn to approach situations from your own point of view, but also from someone else’s point of view.
