Conversation skills

Conversation skills.jpg

We have daily conversations in order to exchange information, keep each other up-to-date, to make appointments, give advice, in other words, to communicate. Through responses of other people we sometimes notice that things go wrong. Somebody misunderstands you or things come across not quite the way you meant, or you have the feeling that somebody hasn’t listened properly to what you were saying.
To sum up, having a conversation in which both parties feel they are being listened to and which is experienced as constructive by all the participants can be quite a feat.

For whom

Everyone who wants to (further) develop their conversation skills.
