Emotional intelligence

People with a high EQ (emotional intelligence) are more successful in their job and career than their colleagues with a low or underdeveloped EQ.
Since quite a long time, having a high IQ is no longer a guarantee for a successful career. Skills such as being immune to stress, showing initiative and emotional stability are more determining factors for success and are valued selection criteria in job interviews.
These skills can be (further) developed by means of a workshop, and can be used straight away at work.
For whom?
Teams, managers and employees.
The workshop
Besides a theoretical framework, a lot of practice is done on subjects such as:
- What exactly is emotional intelligence?
- Strength/weaknesses analysis by filling in a questionnaire
- self-knowledge, social skills, dealing with disappointment and the ability to understand others
