Recognizing and dealing with stress

Recognizing and dealing with stress.jpg

For many people, stress has a negative meaning. It comes up during an exam, illness and due to pressure at work.

However, stress does have a positive side; think of top performances of a mountain climber, actor or racing driver. Stress enables us to get the most out of a situation and yourself.
Too much stress however can give a negative experience and can have adverse consequences on you and your employees.

For whom

For employees, managers and visitors to a conference, who want to function better or (more) effective while under stress.

The training

  • Making choices and drawing boundaries (saying ‘no’ on time)
  • Dividing your energy with care
  • Correct interpretation of body signals
  • Detecting your own level of tiredness
  • Learning how to use methods and instruments to control stress
