Successful negotiating

Negotiating is the balancing of your own interests, or those your department or organisation, with those of the other party. Negotiating is a skill that everyone can learn. Houthoff's approach is aiming for a win-win situation in which the different parties respect each other’s viewpoints.

- Dealing with a stalemate
